Traversing the Climb: My Adventure at CLMBR and the Exciting Path Ahead

They say that when you love what you do, it doesn't feel like work at all, instead a flow state.

This sentiment has been my guiding light throughout my journey in the professional world. For me, work isn't just a means to an end; it's a passion, a creative outlet, and a path of growth. The exhilarating feeling of taking an idea and turning it into a thriving business has fueled my drive for success.

My recent chapter at CLMBR has been a testament to my dedication and commitment to building something truly remarkable. From day one, I've had my head down, immersed in the process of creating a commercial company that resonates with the market and delivers real value. The exhilaration of collaborating with a talented team, developing strategies, and navigating the challenges has been an unparalleled experience.

As the company flourished, I saw the teams vision come to life. CLMBR became more than just a brand; it became a symbol of innovation, resilience, and hard work. It's a place where we've pushed boundaries, shattered limitations, and raised the bar for what's possible.

You know what they say: tough times don't last, but tough people do. The challenges, the triumphs—every moment at CLMBR was a growth opportunity. My skills got buffed, my leadership game leveled up, and my spirit? Unbreakable. My strengths are now like a power-up in a video game, and I'm totally ready to unleash them on whatever adventure comes my way.

So, here we are, at the end of this whirlwind story. But guess what? It's just the beginning of another exciting chapter. Work isn't about the destination; it's about the wild ride amidst the journey, the lessons, and the memories. As I wave goodbye to CLMBR as it is now, I'm grinning from ear to ear, ready to tackle the mysteries and challenges of tomorrow.

So, here's to the future—whatever it holds! I'm psyched to jump into the unknown, armed with the lessons from my CLMBR days and a ton of excitement. Let's do this!

Money Freedom!

“Believe that you are worthy of financial freedom. Do something you love and then all you ever have to do is be yourself to succeed. If you sell something you love, then you just sell love, not a specific product or service, and that will show.” ― Jen Sincero,

What a beautiful quote, a few years back I read the book, You Are a Badass at Making Money by @jensincero and it was an eye opener for me! I had started down the path a few years before that doing work around changing my money dialogue internally, reprogramming from my childhood ideas and inventing my own relationship to money. Here’s what I can share, keep looking for ways to enhance your own definitions around your feelings towards money. Learn about your internal blind spots that could be holding you back. I have learned some and continue to learn more all the time. The journey of learning on this topic is never done, my experience had been I always have something new to learn and it starts with my internal relationship to curiosity and learning.

Some days, I sit still enough that I feel all the way from my toes to my nose how lucky I am.

I will never forget the first time I felt the full body tingles of empathy, seeing another person, and watching them, and my ability to try on their life and then love them from that place.

Today, I know this is my superpower. Today I know this informs my purpose for being on this planet.

I have been given the magical blessing of creating and fulfilling my purpose by helping women reach their desired ultimate potential. The past year, more than any other year I have been pressed, asked by the universe by way of circumstance if this is what I really want, am I really up for it?

I can tell you with certainty, I am.

I exist to hold space for transformational change, and I have been blessed with a couple of really powerful vehicles to get that work done.

You see, the way it is, is fucked. We have a tremendous amount of work to do.

Women leaving the workforce because they can not create a childcare solution that allows them to have harmony with their work and their families.

Women being paid inadequately for their work.

Women managing households, companies and themselves with zero support.

Women being passed over because of the color of their skin.

I say ENOUGH. It is time to radically uproot and change the context, I for one am done with a working world that forces us to forget we have children for 8 hours of the day. I am done with women being paid less than their worth, I am done with my sisters being passed over because of racial injustices.

ENOUGH.

Ladies, it is time. It has been time, we are ushering in a new calendar year, a new space, a new era that NEEDS our energy. Not our best masculine impression of being a woman, no no, our BEST as WOMXN.

Our innate female traits, our female energy that has been suppressed and redirected, it is time to harness those superpowers and change the world.

I see you, I love you, let’s do this.

Integrity Always Wins

When one of your values is personal integrity, the road narrows, real quick. What does that mean? Recently I have made a handful of statements and commitments that mean the world to me. Equity and opportunity for those that deserve the opportunity regardless of race, gender, life experiences... I get so fired up about creating safe places for people to thrive. I’ve had more than a few opportunities to make decisions that impact this integral part of my belief system and ya know what, I’ve chosen to stick to my values instead of going with the alternative. Is it easy or “fun” to pass by opportunities, say goodbye or upset people to stay in integrity with my values, nope, not even a little. But you know what it does do, it’s like another squat at the end of a set when I am hitting fatigue, I know if I keep going the next workout I’ll be stronger, the muscle will break down and build itself back up even stronger and more resilient. I look at this photo and I see a woman that has weathered countless storms and chosen sacrifice over comfort. Why does this matter? Because, behind the scenes, behind my eyes is a vigilant determination to do what is right, and, I want that for you. It is so much more fulfilling to sleep at night clear minded than plot out the next move. I love not having anything to remember because I tell the truth. I share in the spirit of making sure anyone interested in the narrow path, to assure you it will not be clear of obstacles, instead... Buckle up, get a good group of people to surround you to champion the hard times and rally with, and let’s change the world, the right way, with integrity. #womenempowerment #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #womenwithintegrity #womeninfitness #wifa #community #integrity

Collaboration, the action of working with someone to produce or create something. Something new that’s never been there before! Read that again, new! Brand new, couldn’t have been there before. When we work together something gets the opportunity to be birthed that was not there before. Don’t believe the lie that you have to hoard or hold on without sharing your accomplishments, totally the opposite! When you share your wins and collaborate, you give way to something brand new, that could have never been there before. Therefore making MORE for everyone. So next time you score a win, a new opportunity, look around, who can you take with you across the finish line? What first win can you give away to someone else? #womenhelpingwomen #collab #collaboration #makenewopportunities #wifa #wifawomen #womeninbusiness #womeninfitness
